First up = health. FL is on antibiotics and has been up since 3am this morning, coughing and spluttering. But he is in good spirits. I am still coldified and am in a mood to do battle at work, so it might be best if I go home again soon before I say/do something I regret later!
However.... I had unprecedented success at the PoshYarn shop on Sunday! This is the first time I have made it through checkout with the contents of my basket intact. I usually avoid the frenzy of Poshyarns / Wollmeise sales - it smacks so much of greed and consumerism to my Calvinistic mind! But it was my birthday, remember, so I allowed myself a spot of self-indulgence. So what did I get? Miranda 2-ply laceweight in Galeforce

OK, I admit that I was attracted by its name! But the colours are intriguing and it feels fantastic! This might be a Claudette hat.

Because, of course, I don't have a long enough knitting queue.

Hi, sorry to hear FL is suffering (and, by default, you) with the cough. My Mr T had this a couple of weeks ago and it was awful - but he's not in FL's condition. I do hope he is better very soon, and that you both get some sleep. XX
