I like the black dress with the portrait neckline, although I would have it a bit shorter. The hats are a bit extreme - I would hope they don't try to drive with their hats on. This spoken as someone who wear a big hat everyday in the summer sun- it stays on a coat rack by the door so it is handy to grab and put on.
I can hardly to wait to see what you do with the quilted lace skirt! LindaC
I think... it is possible I can imagine you in the first shot, striding down the runway in this new skirt you are creating... looking forward to the photo proof of it... you go, girl!
I live with my First Love in a rural idyll, after a lifetime in exile. In July 2007 he was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma: an incurable cancer of the blood plasma. We got married in December 2007. Carpe diem.
There is lots of wind and sky where I live, which blows me away.
I love reading and stitching and creating things.
I have two lovely children, a dog and my First Love.
The Roobeedoo Manifesto, January 2012:
I hereby undertake to make all my own clothing
or purchase it from ethically-minded independent designers.
For now. For always.

I'm still torn over that skirt pattern, everyone seems to like it but my experience with the dress has me really doubtful that it will work for me...
Oh I adore Marc Jacobs but he could be outdone by your quilted lace kelly skirt. Can' wait to see it!
Meant CAN'T wait!

Jay Kay from Jamiroquai could have snuck into that back stage and blended with all those hats.
I love that first coat, goodness knows how much it costs!! A quilted lace Kelly skirt, I am intrigued... ;)
